Discrepancies With An Order
Discrepancies with an order, receipt of damaged merchandise and the like must be reported to the AquaVie Corporate office within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Receipt Of Damaged Or Defective Merchandise
-º Product Damaged by Carrier: AquaVie Corporation is not responsible for damage or loss of goods once the merchandise is placed in the hands of the carrier. In case of damage or loss, notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. If merchandise was shipped through a carrier used by AquaVie, we will gladly assist in filing a damage claim. In this case, notify AquaVie Corporation at once for assistance with a damage claim. The original box in which order was shipped must be saved as well as damaged merchandise so that the freight company may inspect the merchandise or shipment for damage claim reimbursement.
-º Defective Product: In the event that you receive merchandise which is defective (for example, a pump that does not operate properly, split tube or the like), notify AquaVie Corporation immediately upon discovery of the defective product.
General Information
-º NO returns of merchandise will be accepted for any credit without prior approval.
-º Full credit will not be considered unless request is made in writing to AquaVie Corporate office within 30 days of receipt of goods. No product will be considered for full credit upon return unless it is approved and returned to AquaVie Corporation within 30 days of purchase.
-º Products that have been discontinued may not be returned for credit.
-º Marketing materials, samples, promotional items, and other such POS material may not be returned for credit.
-º AquaVie Corporation reserves the right to refuse credit if the returned product is not in good, sellable condition when received.
-º A MINIMUM 20% service charge will be assessed to all authorized returns purchased more than 30 days prior.
-º In order to receive any credit, a complete and accurate AquaVie Product Return Form or Product Reaction Form must accompany each product being returned. AquaVie Corporation reserves the right to refuse or delay credit until said form is received.
-º AquaVie Corporation will assume no liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit while being returned.
-º AquaVie Corporation reserves the right to accept or decline any or all parts of an order. Previous shipments do not obligate AquaVie Corporation to continue servicing any Account.
-º We do not guarantee the sale by you of any products purchased from us.
-º ALL INTERNET SALES ARE FINAL, except for Internet sales involving defective products, which shall be resolved in the manner set forth above.
